The Team Leader will oversee the development of machine components, manage customer-specific construction tasks, and handle continuous development initiatives. Key responsibilities include planning, processing, and supporting customer orders through the warranty period, offering technical support during quotation preparation, and developing detailed technical concepts. A critical part of the job involves ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards. The successful candidate must possess a degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and demonstrate fluent English skills for effective communication with international clients and sales partners.
