Job Summary
This role seeks a highly communicative and ambitious Finance Business Partner to join the Finance Team, focusing on supporting the Sales department. The successful candidate will leverage strong numerical understanding and a proactive approach to shape the business agenda. Day-to-day responsibilities include making key financial business decisions, developing comprehensive business cases for product innovations, market entries, and pricing strategies, and actively monitoring and managing pricing and discount strategies based on market and competitive analysis. A core focus will be the control and optimization of profitability at the customer and product level, alongside the evaluation of forecasts and the creation of budgets. The ideal candidate brings multi-year experience, ideally within the FMCG sector, coupled with strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP/BI systems and Excel.

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable field of study
Experience
- Several years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller
- Ideally, experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector
- Professional experience in financial decision-making and business strategy contribution
