Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist based in Berlin, supporting a well-known company specializing in building technology. The core focus is providing professional 1st-Level support to end-users, handling IT inquiries received via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Day-to-day tasks include processing and documenting requests, ensuring timely follow-up, and collaborating closely with downstream 2nd-Level and Onsite support teams to maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent, bringing initial experience in IT Support or a Service Desk environment. A basic understanding of standard IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking principles, is required. This is a permanent position that requires flexibility for shift work.
