Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation within the municipal Building Control Office of Villingen-Schwenningen. The specialist will primarily manage and support users across key specialized digital systems, including the "Virtuelles Bauamt Baden-Württemberg (ViBa BW)" and digital building permit procedures (BGV/WebBGV). Key responsibilities include strategically developing the office's digital infrastructure, adapting and maintaining the document template system, and conducting internal training sessions for staff. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Public Management, Administrative, or Legal Sciences, or an equivalent administrative qualification, coupled with robust IT/EDP knowledge and practical understanding of digitization law. Education
Completed studies as Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) or Bachelor of Arts in Public Management; or Bachelor of Arts in Digital Administrative Management; or Completed university degree in Administrative or Legal Sciences or comparable field; or Completed training as Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt).
