Job Summary

This role involves hands-on installation and maintenance of complex building technology systems, specifically focusing on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology, often within data center facilities (RZ-Anlagen). Key responsibilities include installing cable routes, coordinating technical details with clients, project teams, and subcontractors, and ensuring the smooth operational status of all technical equipment within the properties. The technician will independently perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and building systems, ensuring compliance with DGUV V3 regulations for fixed and portable assets. Thorough and traceable documentation of all activities is mandatory.
