Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing electrical engineering projects, specifically focusing on industrial applications. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including planning, organization, quality assurance, cost control, and adherence to deadlines. A core part of the job is direct customer interaction, providing consultation during various project phases, and managing project acceptance. Key responsibilities also include supporting the sales team with quotation, calculation, and acquisition efforts, as well as contributing to the strategic product development. Candidates should possess a technical background (Technician qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Mechatronics) and significant professional experience in project management, ideally within switchgear construction or special machine construction. Fluency in German (C1) and at least intermediate English (B1) are mandatory, alongside proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
