Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized and proactive Technical Associate to drive innovative research and development projects within an internationally successful pharmaceutical company in Upper Swabia. The position is initially a 16-month fixed-term contract. Day-to-day responsibilities include the autonomous advancement of R&D initiatives, complex data analysis, reporting, and creating compelling presentations. The Associate will perform varied laboratory tasks, including qualification, validation, and compliance checks, while drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must possess a degree in Natural Sciences or equivalent vocational training (e.g., Chemical/Biological Laboratory Technician) paired with extensive professional experience, particularly in implementing and monitoring GMP requirements in Quality Control. Success in this role requires strong physico-technical measurement knowledge, excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth laboratory operations, and fluency in German alongside good English proficiency.
