Job Summary

Join the IT Basic Services Department in Dresden as a full-time, permanent IT Database Administrator. This critical role involves the full lifecycle management of the organization's data infrastructure, including the development, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of complex database systems. You will also be responsible for the administration of core IT system components and the overall management of the KVS IT infrastructure. A key part of the role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation and actively participating in cross-departmental project groups and committees. Success requires a completed university degree (Master or equivalent) in Computer Science and significant professional experience specifically focused on database administration and IT Project Management.
