Job Summary
The Managed IT Service Technician will be responsible for proactively maintaining and managing the IT systems of clients, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. Day-to-day tasks include taking operational responsibility for customer IT, automating service processes such as updates and patch management, and providing remote user support via phone, email, and remote access tools. A key focus of this role is the rationalization and automation of IT services to increase efficiency, allowing the technician to manage more systems comprehensively with less manual effort. The ideal candidate possesses excellent technical knowledge in current technologies, including Microsoft software, virtualization, monitoring tools, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
