Job Summary

This senior role requires a visionary leader to head an interdisciplinary group of project managers and lab technicians focused on innovation in heterogeneous catalysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include the implementation and management of internal and customer-oriented projects globally, ensuring comprehensive communication with worldwide stakeholders. A key objective is developing the next-generation catalyst portfolio, providing energy- and resource-efficient solutions vital for a sustainable future. The successful candidate will drive the establishment of innovative processes and technologies while strictly adhering to quality and EHS standards and monitoring defined KPIs. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a focus on heterogeneous catalysis and demonstrate solid professional experience in chemical product development.
