Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Technician responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant manufacturing operations within a two-shift system. Key daily tasks involve preparing for production starts by supplying materials and inspecting equipment, meticulously monitoring manufacturing processes and systems, and rigorously documenting all activities according to stringent Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. The technician will also be responsible for preparing samples for in-process controls, maintaining the facilities through cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and actively contributing ideas for continuous optimization of production systems and workflows. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training in chemistry or a comparable field, possesses strong reliability, autonomy, and excellent communication skills, and ideally brings initial experience working in a cleanroom environment.
