Job Summary
This full-time role, based in Leipzig, is for a Microbiology Laboratory Technician to join an international laboratory services company immediately. The core responsibilities involve the detailed analysis of food and feed samples, utilizing both classical microbiological culture techniques and modern rapid methods. A key part of the daily routine includes the accurate evaluation of analytical results and their precise documentation within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The technician will also contribute actively to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols to ensure high standards of laboratory operation. Candidates must possess a successfully completed vocational training as a laboratory technician or an equivalent qualification, along with basic computer skills. Fluency in German (minimum B2 level) is required. This position offers stable day shift hours from Monday to Friday, providing an opportunity to contribute essential quality control services within a critical industry sector.
