Job Summary

This role involves the crucial installation, configuration, and administration of server and client systems, along with associated network services (including Windows, Linux, and potentially VMware), working both independently and collaboratively. A core responsibility is providing comprehensive user support for software and hardware issues via various channels (in-person, phone, email, remote). The specialist will ensure the availability, performance, and user-friendliness of servers and their applications, while actively participating in the expansion and development of the company's multi-site IT infrastructure and related support functions. Ideal candidates possess a completed education in IT System Administration or equivalent, strong system administration knowledge, and excellent German language skills, offering a long-term, permanent position within an international group.
