The successful candidate will join the Swiss Army Cyber Command, contributing actively to the digitalization of the Swiss Army within a dynamic environment focused on monitoring a new digital platform. This university traineeship involves analyzing specific issues and potential operational optimizations within the Operation Control Center (OCC) and Customer Support (CS) teams. Key responsibilities include developing detailed solution concepts, planning training units to verify prepared measures for operational anomalies, and supporting the implementation of new concepts and processes. Applicants should hold a university degree in Management Informatics or Business Administration, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate interest in IT topics such as ServiceNow, ZABBIX, and ANSIBLE, alongside organizational agility and change management. This is a unique opportunity to build and monitor the new digital platform for national security.
