Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position is crucial for ensuring the proper and safe operation of all technical building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical infrastructure. Day-to-day duties involve planning and coordinating essential maintenance, repairs, and mandatory inspections in compliance with legal requirements and operator obligations. The specialist will be responsible for meticulous documentation of system conditions, maintenance protocols, and inspection reports, as well as supporting modernization and conversion projects within the building technology domain. A key part of the role is conducting fault analysis and initiating necessary corrective measures, alongside overseeing the operation and statutory maintenance of elevator systems. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Technician/Master in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or an Engineering degree, combined with fundamental knowledge of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and relevant industry standards.
