Job Summary

This role seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to drive the development of functional software for control units within BMW's electric motorcycle (E-Motorrad) division. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing the overall software architecture and specific functions, performing modeling, generating code, and executing software integration and testing within complex embedded systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics, or Mechatronics and brings initial experience in function and software development. While not mandatory, familiarity with Assembler, C/C++, Matlab/Simulink for design, functional safety standards (ISO 26262), and AUTOSAR is highly advantageous.
