Job Summary

This role involves taking on project management and planning responsibilities for technical equipment, specifically within Electrical Engineering (Cost Groups 440, 450, and 460) across all service phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). The Specialist Planner will be responsible for scheduling, coordination, and managing costs and budgets. A key part of the job is ensuring targeted communication with all planning participants, presenting results to clients, and independently coordinating various trades. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) or an equivalent qualification like a Technician, and ideally brings experience in project leadership. Success in this position requires a structured, team-oriented approach and the ability to inspire both team members and clients with proposed solutions.
