Job Summary

This opportunity is for a Student Assistant in Sample Management to join the Institute for Medical Diagnostics (IMD) in Berlin Steglitz, a leading human medical laboratory specializing in complex areas such as immunodeficiency, autoimmunology, and molecular genetics. The core responsibilities involve essential laboratory support, including meticulous sample handling—sorting, searching, and archiving specimens—as well as the critical task of loading and equipping specialized analytical devices. This position is ideal for an enrolled student who is careful, responsible, and team-oriented, offering a secure, part-time commitment with student-friendly working hours (flexible within 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM). The role provides excellent onboarding, fair compensation, and the chance to contribute to a successful medical diagnostics company, initially on a four-month contract.
