Job Summary

This is a 7-month intensive upskilling program designed for professionals with existing Controlling or commercial experience aiming to transition into high-demand Data Manager or Data Analyst roles. The curriculum focuses on expanding existing financial expertise with crucial data skills, including defining robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting structured data evaluation, and translating results into professional reports and dashboards. The training is divided into three practical modules: mastering advanced SQL techniques for secure data analysis and utilizing Microsoft Azure database services; developing management-ready reports, forecasting logic, and dashboards using Power BI, including DAX measures and Power BI Service administration; and a final 'JobReady' phase. This phase combines agile project management (Scrum) with practical projects in partnership with companies, allowing participants to build a strong portfolio and prepare for IHK and Microsoft Power BI examinations, significantly boosting their competitiveness in the job market.
