Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Data and Application Manager for an internationally successful pharmaceutical company located near Mainz, Germany. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract starting in February 2026. The primary focus is supporting the planning, execution, and testing of platform release updates, system upgrades, and new introductions, specifically within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system environment. You will act as a central liaison, representing stakeholder interests and bridging local and global corporate functions, while independently handling user and stakeholder inquiries. A critical component of the job is ensuring high data quality by designing test scenarios, creating comprehensive user documentation, and coordinating data validation tasks. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience managing complex system implementation projects globally and mandatory proficiency in data manipulation languages like SQL, coupled with extensive knowledge of CRM data within the pharmaceutical sector. The position operates under a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence for key meetings.
