Job Summary

This role involves the independent management, maintenance, and optimization of the company's entire software landscape, focusing heavily on ensuring stability and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include planning, executing, and documenting software updates, patches, and upgrades, along with diligently monitoring version statuses and compatibility. A key responsibility is managing the software lifecycle and license compliance, including maintaining and controlling software licenses. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in IT, System Administration, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in administering mixed software environments (Windows, Linux). Success in this position requires a structured, analytical, and highly responsible approach, strong communication skills, and expertise in patch/update management, IT security policies, and change management processes.
