Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of complex IT system environments and providing crucial 1st and 2nd-level support and troubleshooting. The specialist will manage incident and change management, performing remote analysis and resolution, while maintaining strict adherence to SLAs during ticket processing. Key responsibilities include system administration and monitoring, software maintenance, and patch management. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a completed IT apprenticeship (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), coupled with foundational knowledge in networking, heterogeneous IT infrastructures, servers, and operating systems. Experience with IT support, ticket systems, and specific technical skills in routing, switching, and WLAN setup are required, along with a willingness to work weekends, shifts, and on-call duty. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on continuous system stability and customer communication.
Required Skills
Education
Completed Computer Science degree or successfully completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, System Electronics Technician, Technical Assistant for Computer Science). ITIL v3 Foundation certification desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and using ticket systems
- Initial professional knowledge in Routing & Switching and setting up Wireless LAN connections
