Job Summary

This role as an Electronics Development Engineer offers a secure, permanent full-time position with a leading European manufacturer of innovative label printing systems based in Sömmerda. The successful candidate will be crucial in developing, designing, and optimizing analog and digital electronic modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed schematics and layouts, ideally utilizing tools like Altium Designer or EAGLE, and programming embedded microcontrollers. You will also be responsible for commissioning, testing, and performing error analysis, ensuring products are technically supported from the initial idea through to successful mass production, working closely with cross-functional teams including Mechanics, Software, and Manufacturing. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, several years of professional experience in electronic module development, and expert knowledge in Embedded C and circuit technology.
