Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced PLC Programmer and Automation Technician eager to contribute to the development of specialized machinery for the food industry, focusing on pickling, tumbling, and coating equipment for meat, poultry, fish, and vegetarian products. Day-to-day responsibilities involve creating robust PLC programs for machine and system control, primarily using CoDeSys V2 and V3, assisting in the development of circuit diagrams, and managing complex automation projects. The successful candidate will also provide technical support to commissioning engineers and customer service teams. Key requirements include a degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, practical experience in PLC programming (ideally using ST/SCL and FUP), and strong German and English language skills. The position offers a secure, permanent role in a modern, medium-sized company with flexible hours and requires approximately 10% national and international travel.
