Job Summary

This role involves high-level project management and engineering supervision for major military federal construction projects in Saxony-Anhalt, managed by the State Real Estate and Construction Management Offices. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing and coordinating external planning and engineering firms across all phases of construction, focusing on technical building equipment (TGA), including electrical, IT, telecommunications, and HVAC/Sanitary systems. Key responsibilities include quality assurance, cost control, scheduling, and ensuring strict compliance with relevant German regulations (HOAI, VOB). This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services) and offers the opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure development, utilizing modern methods like BIM and BNB certification processes.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or FH Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Information Technology, Energy and Building Technology, Supply Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Mechanical Engineering, or Machine Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project or construction management (desirable)
  • Experience in public construction administration, construction operations, or planning offices (desirable)

Languages
