Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position involves the comprehensive planning, configuration, and administration of the county's network infrastructure, encompassing LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, and switching. Key daily tasks include the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical network hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, and WLAN systems. The administrator will be responsible for technical fault clearance, providing 2nd-level network support, and meticulous documentation of the entire network infrastructure and operational processes. Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Informatics, strong technical knowledge of network technology, Microsoft Server (version 12+), and Windows (version 10+). Crucially, the role requires excellent German proficiency (B2 minimum), a driving license, and the readiness to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call duty, offering a stable career path within the public IT service sector.
