Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist focusing on 1st Level IT Support and system operations for a renowned IT service provider in Nuremberg. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving tickets according to SLAs, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of various system environments. A critical component of the job is maintaining excellent customer communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems, including providing regular status updates and documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational education in IT System Integration or a related technical field, coupled with practical experience in telephone-based IT support and using ticketing systems. Fundamental knowledge of operating systems, Office environments, mobile devices, and networking (Routing & Switching) is essential.
