Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will join the Baden-Württemberg Nature Conservation Fund Foundation, focusing on managing grant funding for nature and landscape preservation projects across Baden-Württemberg. This part-time role (50%) involves advising applicants on funding objectives, conducting thorough content and financial reviews of applications, and preparing decision-making documents for the board. Key responsibilities also include continuous project monitoring, engaging in dialogue with project partners, verifying project outcomes, and ensuring proper use of allocated funds. The ideal candidate must possess a strong affinity for nature and environmental protection, coupled with significant professional experience in grant administration and project management, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and budgetary regulations for project funding.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Administrative Economics (e.g., Diploma in Public Administration (FH) / Bachelor of Arts, Public Management) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the administration of grant funds
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and budgetary provisions for project funding
