Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Certified Technician specializing in the planning and construction preparation of roads and bicycle paths within the Euskirchen District Administration's Traffic Infrastructure Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently executing design work using CAD software such as BricsCAD and AKG-Vestra, managing quantity and cost estimations, and assisting with public engagement, including participation in citizen assemblies. A key aspect of the job is maintaining the road database, which includes local surveying and database structure development, alongside general organizational tasks related to road construction administration under relevant state law. The position requires a certified technician qualification in civil engineering/road construction, specific professional experience in the described tasks, strong CAD and database management skills, and a valid Class B driver's license for official travel.
