Measurement and Testing Technician | Mess- und Prüftechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Measurement and Testing Technician, you will be responsible for executing diverse measurement tasks using standard equipment and meticulously documenting all findings. A key part of your role involves inspecting and sampling purchased parts, including initial sample inspections in accordance with various customer requirements like VDA and PPAP. You'll perform metrological and functional alignments and tests of components against CAD data, drawings, or specification sheets. This position requires collaboration with specialist departments to define RPS and measurement points for 3D measurement tasks and contribute to the creation of gauge concepts. You will also conduct measurement system and equipment capability studies (MSA), perform 3D measurements on components and fixtures, and lead error analyses, proposing optimization suggestions. This role offers varied and independent tasks within a company with flat hierarchies and short communication paths, along with a permanent contract.
