Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive HR administration and support for both salaried employees and civil servants, covering the entire employment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include executing all personnel administrative tasks such as contract creation, personnel file maintenance, and generating employment references. A major component is independently processing monthly payroll and salary statements, ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and social security regulations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification, and preferably has professional experience in public or municipal administration. Success requires a structured, meticulous, and independent work style, strong communication and consulting skills, and proficiency in MS Office and specialized payroll software.
