Job Summary

This role involves critical hygiene monitoring within a leading pharmaceutical company focused on oncology and cardiovascular health. The specialist will be responsible for executing comprehensive measurements, including particle counts, active air sampling, and surface swabbing in cleanrooms and hygiene zones across the Pfaffenhofen site. Key daily tasks include sampling ultra-pure media (PW, WFI, RD), drinking water, and gases (compressed air, nitrogen), alongside conducting microbiological and physicochemical analyses for cleaning validation and equipment monitoring. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical assistant qualification (such as BTA or MTA) or equivalent, coupled with several years of practical experience in hygiene monitoring or quality control, preferably within a GMP-regulated or aseptic manufacturing environment. This position requires meticulous GMP-compliant documentation, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in German and English, offering an opportunity to contribute to high-quality standards in drug manufacturing.

Education

Completed professional training as a Technical Assistant (e.g., BTA, MTA, TA), Biological Laboratory Technician, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Experience with testing methods in microbiological quality control
