Job Summary

This role involves supporting an internationally active industrial company in the Mainz-Bingen area, focusing heavily on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Data and Application Manager will utilize their expertise to plan, execute, and test platform release updates, system upgrades, and new system introductions. A core responsibility is acting as the central interface and representative for stakeholder interests, bridging local and global corporate functions, and independently handling user inquiries. Candidates must possess proven experience managing global system migration or implementation projects, ideally in a Workstream Lead capacity, coupled with strong conceptual skills and extensive knowledge of the CRM data environment, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. Mandatory technical skills include proficiency in data selection and manipulation languages such as SQL.
