Job Summary

This role as an Application Engineer focuses on providing comprehensive technical support for the company's energy distribution product portfolio to both internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include managing technical changes, handling customer complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards, and creating essential technical documentation such as drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and manuals. The engineer will also be involved in project work, optimizing devices and individual components for quality improvement and efficiency, and conducting product training sessions. The ideal candidate possesses an electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in German (Fluent) and English (Intermediate), complemented by desirable professional experience in electrical engineering and mechanics, and familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems.
