The Senior Vehicle AI Architect will be instrumental in driving the AI transformation at the BMW Group by designing and implementing cutting-edge vehicle AI architectures. This role involves deep engagement with advanced models such as Small Language Models, Vision Language Models, and autonomous driving systems, focusing on their efficient execution on specialized hardware accelerators like Neural Processing Units (NPUs). Key responsibilities include orchestrating multi-agent systems, managing multi-turn dialogues, and utilizing AI training toolchains for tasks like pruning and fine-tuning. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, possesses over five years of experience in AI/data architecture, and is proficient in languages like Rust, C++, and Kotlin.
