Job Summary

Join an innovative, performance-oriented engineering team within an internationally active company specializing in advanced photolithography masks. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes for EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography) photomasks from an integrative perspective. Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring the EUV mask production process, developing and documenting standard operating procedures, and ensuring cross-functional adherence to quality standards. The Engineer will conduct rigorous data-driven analyses to identify process deviations (actual vs. target) and collaborate closely with IT and individual process owners to implement continuous improvement projects (KVP). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, brings professional experience in semiconductor or photomask manufacturing, and possesses strong analytical skills, including statistical process control (SPC) and basic programming knowledge.
