Job Summary
This role is a challenging opportunity for a strong, communicative, and organizationally skilled Technical Manager to ensure seamless production operations and technical support across all company branches. The core responsibilities include leading and deploying the in-house service technician team, managing the Energy Management System, and overseeing all maintenance planning, execution, and coordination for production facilities and branch locations. The manager will also be responsible for budget planning, investment administration, and ensuring strict adherence to technical norms and legal regulations, focusing on minimizing downtime and waste. Candidates should possess a technical qualification (ideally as an Electrician), proven leadership capabilities, and exceptional problem-solving skills to quickly analyze and resolve operational disruptions.
