The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for evaluating test results based on current legislation and communicating these findings directly to clients. Key daily tasks include handling individual orders and projects, ensuring timely order processing, which involves creating, validating, and approving test reports, and managing invoicing. The position requires strong communication skills to maintain customer relationships, handle complaints, and identify process optimization opportunities. Ideal candidates possess a background in natural sciences (Chemistry, Agricultural Science, or equivalent) and ideally bring prior professional experience in food and feed analysis and customer support. This is a crucial role ensuring efficient, compliant, and client-focused service delivery in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Required Skills

Completed university degree in natural sciences (B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Agricultural Science or similar) or comparable qualification (e.g., State-certified Food Chemist)

Experience
