Job Summary
This role involves driving the digitalization of administrative services for citizens and businesses in line with the German Online Access Act (OZG). The Administrative Officer will analyze existing business processes and underlying regulations, implement technical solutions on the state's application and process platform, and create necessary documentation in collaboration with specialized departments. Key responsibilities also include generating FIM-compliant service descriptions for the state service portal and maintaining the agency's internal websites. The ideal candidate holds a degree in fields like Public Management, Administrative Informatics, or Business Informatics and is expected to complete training as a Civento Process Designer. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in Administrative Sciences, Administrative Informatics, Public Management, Business Law, or Business Informatics with a high affinity for ICT. Required training as a Civento Process Designer or willingness to complete it.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative digitalization, especially related to OZG (Advantageous)
- Professional experience in project and/or process management (Advantageous)
