Job Summary

This role involves joining a rapidly expanding chemical industry company specializing in hygiene, household, and cosmetic products, taking on a crucial position within the Quality Assurance department in Troisdorf. The specialist will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining quality documentation, including test plans, SOPs, and work instructions. Core daily tasks involve controlling and releasing production orders, conducting hygiene and QMS standard inspections of operations and facilities, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving process improvements. The position also involves supporting internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, IFS), managing deviations and complaints, performing chemical and physical analyses of raw materials and products, and conducting quality-related employee training. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within the medical device sector or utilizing standards like ISO 13485 or GMP.
