Job Summary
This role involves leading the Quality Management (QM) team for Bakerman, an innovative frozen baked goods company known for driving market trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the QM team, serving as the primary contact for customers, authorities, and internal departments regarding quality matters. Key day-to-day tasks include establishing, maintaining, and developing quality standards, ensuring compliance with international quality requirements (including export standards), and managing the specification system and complaint processes. A core component of the job is preparing for and conducting audits (IFS, customer, and supplier audits). The position requires a degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in a leading QM role within the food sector, strong knowledge of relevant QM norms (ISO 9001, IFS, HACCP), and excellent analytical and communication skills.
