Job Summary
This role involves joining a global medical technology company specializing in chronic disease solutions, focusing on wound, ostomy, continence, and infusion care. As a Sell-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with pharmacies (pharmacists, PTAs, and staff) within the assigned territory (including cities like Schönebeck, Gera, and Erfurt). Your primary focus will be on driving the sell-out and visibility of Over-The-Counter (OTC) products. Day-to-day tasks include providing qualified advice and information on product sales, ensuring product visibility, conducting product sales training for pharmacy staff, and successfully implementing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with the required pharmaceutical expertise (Pharmareferent certification or relevant scientific degree). Education
Required pharmaceutical expertise according to § 75 AMG (German Pharmaceuticals Act) through certification as a Pharmaceutical Representative, a degree in Natural Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine), or a comparable qualification (PTA, CTA, BTA, MTA, MTLA)
Experience
- Professional experience in pharmacy account management or sales
- Experience in marketing and successfully selling products
