Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the Electronics and Software Development team, focusing on mobile control systems and strategic projects for a global manufacturer of heavy-duty and specialized vehicles. The Head will be responsible for developing robust, scalable solutions by integrating embedded, IoT, and PLC technologies, while evaluating new trends like digital twins and automation. A core part of the role is promoting team development and implementing modern engineering processes, including agile methodologies, model-based development, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate must possess a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or computer science, coupled with extensive leadership experience in a technical environment, particularly in mobile machinery or industrial applications.
