Job Summary
This role involves supporting the management, documentation, and reporting concerning the outsourcing of external service providers, while also strengthening the data protection team. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a liaison between departments for outsourcing processes, from initiation to contract finalization, and participating in outsourcing projects. The specialist will monitor service providers based on key performance indicators, report to management, and implement regulatory and legal outsourcing requirements. Furthermore, the role involves processing data protection inquiries (e.g., Data Protection Impact Assessments) and coordinating data protection topics, serving as a key interface to the Data Protection Officer. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Law, or Business Administration, or possesses relevant commercial training with professional experience in outsourcing or supplier management, complemented by strong MS Office skills and fluency in German and English.
