Job Summary
This pivotal role requires an expert Communication Lead to orchestrate clear, timely, and customer-appropriate communication during high-impact incidents within the Global Incident Management team. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and publishing updates on status pages and ticketing platforms, creating awareness in customer forums, and providing detailed incident updates to Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams. The lead will coordinate closely with Incident Commanders and geo-specific Communication Leads to ensure consistency, while also refining critical incident communication guidelines, SLAs, and templates. Success requires advanced experience in incident communication or crisis management, exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical issues into clear language, and familiarity with collaboration and ticketing tools.
