Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT service and system administration for a large Regional Vocational Training Center serving over 3,000 students and 200 staff. The successful candidate will manage the full IT infrastructure lifecycle, including the maintenance, repair, and administration of hardware, software, networks, servers, workstations, printers, and mobile devices. Key responsibilities include hands-on support, system documentation, inventory management, and independently leading or participating in projects for introducing new IT systems. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, proven experience in network and hardware support, and programming skills in Java. This position requires strong organizational competency, decisiveness, and the physical capability to handle equipment up to 20 kg and work in environments such as server rooms or on ladders.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT System Management Assistant, IT System Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Information and System Technology, or equivalent completed training in Information Technology.

- Professional experience in hardware, software, and network support
- Experience in independent project planning and participation in IT implementation projects
