Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 2nd Level Support for complex Windows and/or Linux environments, focusing on the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. The specialist will actively participate in the planning, implementation, and continuous development of system and network architectures to ensure stability and efficiency. Key responsibilities include collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, optimizing system performance using monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Checkmk, and maintaining security policies, including patching and updates. Candidates must possess current knowledge in operating systems, networking, and collaboration tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams, coupled with a strong commitment to data security and process documentation. The position offers an opportunity to work with modern technologies, including virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), and various cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), within a permanent contract.
