Job Summary

This role is for a technically proficient 2nd Level IT Support Specialist responsible for the administration and maintenance of complex Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents across the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams. The specialist will also contribute to system planning, implementation, and optimization, working closely with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams. Key responsibilities include performing error analysis, developing sustainable solutions, and ensuring smooth operation through monitoring and performance optimization using tools like SolarWinds or Grafana. The position requires a strong focus on data security, continuous learning, and excellent communication skills, along with fluency in German (C1 level) and a willingness to travel for project work, such as rollouts and migrations.
