This role involves providing specialized 2nd Level Support for complex Windows and/or Linux environments, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical IT infrastructure. The specialist will analyze and resolve technical issues within network and server systems, collaborate closely with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams for efficient problem escalation and resolution, and contribute to the planning and implementation of system and network architectures. Key responsibilities also include maintaining security policies, performing regular updates and patches, and participating in IT development projects such as rollouts and migrations. Candidates must possess current expertise in operating systems, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools like Office 365/MS Teams, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and strong communication skills to manage documentation and process optimization effectively.
