The core responsibilities include analyzing, processing, and resolving technical disruptions across the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. This role requires active participation in planning, implementing, and optimizing system and network architectures, ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment. Key qualifications include current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, experience with network infrastructures, and knowledge of collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams.
